Pakistan Launches National Digital Skills Training Program for Youth

The Government of Pakistan has officially launched a groundbreaking Digital Skills Training of Trainers Program under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) to equip young professionals with future-ready digital expertise.

This initiative aims to prepare Pakistan’s youth for the global digital economy, empowering them with advanced skills in artificial intelligence (AI), e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics.

Building a Digital Pakistan Through Youth Empowerment

At the official launch ceremony, PMYP Chairman Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan said the program embodies the Prime Minister’s vision of a “Digital Pakistan”, focused on providing equal access to high-quality tech education.

“Pakistan’s future depends on its youth. By giving them world-class digital training, we are unlocking the doors to innovation, freelancing, and entrepreneurship,”
said Rana Mashhood.

The Digital Skills Training initiative is expected to bridge the gap between education and employability by creating a new generation of tech-savvy trainers across the country.
